  • Purchases are digital downloads delivered via on-screen link and/or email to the address you provide at checkout. Check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folders if you do not see the email.

  • If your download link expires or the email bounces, contact support for a refreshed link after we verify your order.

  • We may, at our discretion, provide updates to the ebook. Access to bonus materials (including webinars or community) may be time-limited and subject to scheduling and fair-use rules.

  • Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full card details.

  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting support to resolve delivery issues may result in account suspension and license revocation.

5) Refund Policy (Digital Goods)

  • Because the ebook is a non-returnable digital download, all sales are final once access is delivered.

  • Where required by law (e.g., duplicate purchase, accidental multiple billing, or statutory cooling-off rights in your country), we will comply with applicable consumer protections.

6) Educational Disclaimer (No Guarantees)

7) Webinars & Community

  • Bonus webinars are offered as an added benefit and are subject to scheduling, availability, and platform limits. Replays may be offered at our discretion.
